Brugga & Brōt is a neighborhood supper club and full service, restaurant-in-planning. Our aim is to offer a world class tap house experience within the friendly environment of a backyard, Colorado cookout.
We channel the spirit of traditional, midwest supper clubs of the 1930’s and 40’s with a simple, locally sourced menu of meat and potatoes, served family style, and we improve upon this history by offering a first class, beer hall style, craft program that celebrates the resurgence of the post-prohibition, American brewer.
Our name is part Icelandic, brugga meaning to brew, and part German, Brot being the root of breaking bread (brotbrechen). Brugga & Brōt will be the best place in Denver to share meat, potatoes, and pints among family and friends while breaking bread in celebration of the ever-disappearing communal supper club experience and the best beer in the city.
