Philosophy

Our mission is to “take an honest and unassuming look at enjoying a cookout experience made with beer, meat, potatoes and good company.” Brugga & Brōt aims to create an ever evolving, community garden with harvests and taps for the local explorer and an impeccable and enlightening level of service that trades stresses of conventional dining for a hosted family style experience that educates and leaves guests enriched and eager to try more from us and the local producers around them.

Brugga & Brōt is designed to enrich the existing demand for fine food and craft beer in Colorado and satisfies this demand by pairing them together in what was a previously uncelebrated or unattainable relationship. Economics aside, the nourishment and improvement of quality of life for our staff and guests will be at the heart of how Brugga & Brōt operates as a business. As a supper club, Brugga & Brōt will welcome not only our guests but all purveyors, breweries, delivery companies, maintenance workers etc that we have the fortune of working with as members of a family; and, it is our number one priority with every business decision to conduct ourselves in a manner that best helps the farmer/brewer to table community grow from the ground up and leads to greater demand for locally produced foods and an understanding of their origins.
